¡Tengo hambre!

Restaurant opening times in Barcelona

Even after spending some time in Barcelona it still happens to me that hunger drives me to a restaurant at 12:00 or 19:30, only to be be sent away. Everyone knows people eat later here than anyone where else in the world.

This infographic answers two questions:

1. When are restaurants open? The graph shows us that your best chance to get lunch is between 14:00 and 15:30, whereas 21:30 is dinner time.
2. What if you get hungry during the day? You should head to the tourist hotspot around La Rambla, or the big shopping centers like Glòries and Diagonal Mar. There you'll find places that are open all day.
